In some of our chese making classes students make their own cheese and take it home. It's tons of cheesy fun all rolled into 3 hours of measuring, mixing, cutting and scooping curds,curds and more curds. In demo cheese making classes students watch and get involved in cutting, stirring and scooping curds.  Demo " cheese making classes" include a cheese making training kit to take home.
Everything is included in your classes and all cheeses are made with store bought milk. If you are on the farm and making cheese at home you can substitute store bought milk for fresh raw or pasteurized milk with all recipes used in our cheese making classes.
