In October and November of 2016 Chera went to New Zealand to finish her training under Jean Mansfield. Chera reports that she had the trip of a life time thanks to Jean and her husband Dave. Chera says without the help and knowledge she gained from this wonderful couple and their family, she would not be the cheese maker she is today.
